1 | PAIR UP
Each event requires two hosts to ensure safety and accountability. This is a great way to make new friends and share the love of Outsiety.
4 | GET the LIST
Find out who signed up for your event. We try to wait to start activities until all have arrived. You or your co-host may choose to wait for late-comers.
7 | ENJOY the EVENT
Have fun! Outsiety gatherings are about empowering us as women to learn from each other, enjoy common interests, and broaden our experiences in a safe and friendly environment.
2 | SHARE the PLAN
Send event details to Outsiety staff for posting. Describe your activity, necessary gear and skill levels, and the meeting time and place.
5 | MEET UP
Show up on time and welcome attendees to Outsiety. Have everyone sign the waiver (states that you and Outsiety are not responsible for safety, etc.)
8 | TAKE PHOTOS
Take photos of the OutsietyCrew enjoying your event! Post to the Facebook event album and Instagram (or email them to Outsiety).
3 | CREATE a PLAN B
Create a backup event in case weather or other uncontrollable situations disrupt your original plan. OutsietyCrew members rely on us to follow through!
6 | MONITOR SAFETY
Ensure all are comfortable and that no one is left behind. If needed, split into groups based on ability; reconvene at designated points.
9 | REVIEW the EVENT
Share your feedback with the Outsiety staff. What went well? What could have been done differently? What other Outsiety events would you like to host or attend?
